W888 Terms & Conditions

Welcome to W888. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and W888 ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the W888 online gaming platform available at https://w888.click and all associated mobile interfaces, software, features, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Registration and use of the W888 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions. By registering, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. W888 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification (KYC) may be required at any time and will be required before processing any withdrawal.
• You are registering as an individual your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from W888 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of W888 or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or gaming suppliers.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and are not acting under any legal disability or court order restricting your ability to enter contracts.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Each Player is permitted to holdone (1) Account only on the W888 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your Account. You must not share, transfer, or sell access to your Account to any third party. W888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

In the event that you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify W888 customer support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

W888 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with international gaming standards. Players will be required to submit acceptable identity documentation — such as a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent government-issued ID — prior to processing their first withdrawal or when requested at W888's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

By accessing and using the W888 Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the Platform only for lawful entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or Games in a manner that confers an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise circumvent the technical security measures of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financially illegal purpose. W888 cooperates with relevant authorities and may report suspicious activity as required by law.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other material information at any point during registration, KYC, or general use of the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform via a Virtual Private Network (VPN), proxy, or similar tool to circumvent geographic or access restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing W888 staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the Platform.

W888 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including but not limited to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities.

W888 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, and select cryptocurrency channels (BTC, USDT). A minimum deposit of RM50 applies unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. W888 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from accounts not in your name will be returned, subject to applicable processing fees, and may trigger account review.

Withdrawal requests are processed to verified Player accounts only. W888 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for approved e-wallet and DuitNow requests, and within one (1) business day for bank transfer requests. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

A minimum withdrawal amount of RM50 applies. Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is approved. W888 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals or where unusual account activity is identified.

W888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. Where any conflict arises between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• All welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) applicable to each bonus is stated in the corresponding promotion page.
• Bonus Funds and Real Money Funds are tracked separately in your Account. Real Money Funds are used first for wagers unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each Welcome Bonus offeronce only. Multiple accounts created to claim bonuses repeatedly constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Any Bonus Funds not wagered within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your Account Balance without notice.
• W888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses already accepted and in progress will be governed by the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
• Certain games — typically live dealer tables, progressive jackpot slots, or specific sports markets — may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.

All wagers placed on the W888 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each Game or betting market, in addition to the general provisions set out in these Terms. By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. W888 does not accept cancellation requests for placed wagers unless the relevant sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or declared void in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules.
• W888 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close any betting market at any time at its sole discretion, including response to unusual betting patterns, match integrity concerns, or technical issues.
• Maximum and minimum stake limits apply to all markets. W888 reserves the right to impose individual Player stake limits where it determines this is necessary for risk management purposes.
• Results determined by W888's system and third-party data providers are final. In the event of a data feed error or technical fault materially affecting the outcome of a Game, W888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

Live (in-play) betting markets on sporting events — including EPL, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other events — are subject to market suspension periods at the discretion of W888's trading team. Bets accepted during a suspension period due to a technical error may be voided. Live streaming data is provided for informational purposes only; W888 makes no warranty as to its accuracy or completeness.

W888 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. We provide a suite of tools designed to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available at any time directly through your Account dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set automatic session duration reminders to alert them when a specified playing time has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, access to all gaming and betting features will be disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. During self-exclusion, marketing communications will be suppressed and re-registration will be blocked.
• Reality Check: Players may activate on-screen notifications showing time elapsed and net session result during active play.

W888's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.

W888 collects and processes personal data necessary to provide the Platform services, including but not limited to: account registration details, identity verification documents, transaction records, device and IP information, and gameplay history. This data is used for account administration, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes.

W888 does not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties for independent marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (such as payment processors, KYC verification services, and technology providers) strictly to the extent necessary to deliver the Platform services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, W888 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to access, the Platform, including scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of Platform services caused by circumstances beyond W888's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications outages, internet service disruptions, acts of God, or regulatory orders.
• Decisions or outcomes in any Game or betting market, whether resulting from technical errors, data feed failures, or Player error.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Reliance on any information, odds data, statistics, or content displayed on the Platform for purposes other than entertainment.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude W888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

W888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where W888 reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• Multiple accounts have been created by the same individual violation of the single-account policy.
• The Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, match-fixing, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Continuing to maintain the Account would expose W888 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, W888 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real Money Funds in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player following satisfactory completion of any required investigation, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to W888.

A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting W888 customer support. Where a Player requests account closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the ordinary course. W888 will retain transaction records as required by applicable law.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which W888 holds its gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and W888, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting W888 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or to binding arbitration as prescribed by the applicable gaming licence conditions.

W888 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution. All Player complaints submitted in good faith will be reviewed and responded to within five (5) business days.

W888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via email, platform notification, or a prominent notice on the W888 website, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice where reasonably practicable.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Where a Player does not accept amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform and contact W888 support to arrange account closure. Accounts closed for this reason will be processed in accordance with Section 12 above.
